About

Operator-built. Locally run.

Three things to know before you decide whether to come to a class or hire us: who's running this, what's on the stack, and what we promise — and what we don't.

About mcdynamic

The Operator

Mike Campbell. Based in Bakersfield. Builds, ships, and maintains his own AI automations every day — and now teaches a public version of the Method once a month.

The work this brand does isn't theory. It's whatever's currently running on the operator's own machine — battle-tested by the operator's own week before it gets recommended to anyone else.

Available to talk after class, or by booking a 30-minute intro.

The Stack

What we run, in production, on our own operation:

  • Workflow orchestration: n8n (self-hosted)
  • AI layer: Claude (Anthropic) + OpenAI — picked per task
  • Transcription: Whisper with speaker attribution
  • Knowledge layer: a custom graph over our own SOPs and notes
  • Infrastructure: Docker on a self-hosted server, Caddy in front, Restic for backups
  • Monitoring: Uptime Kuma + Telegram alerts

None of this is rented per-seat. Everything is owned, replaceable, and ours to maintain. When we build for you, we build the same way — on tools you control.

The Promise

  • You own what we build. Workflows, credentials, docs — yours. We don't host your business on our infrastructure.
  • No success fees. We charge for the work we do, not a slice of outcomes we can't audit.
  • We tell you when not to automate. Some work shouldn't be. We'll say which.
  • No guarantees we can't keep. Automation removes friction; how much it pays back depends on your operation. We won't pretend otherwise.
  • Local first. We work with Bakersfield operators because we are one. We know your tools, your seasonality, and your customer base.
