Map

Inventory the work that eats your week. Phone calls you keep making twice. Reports you copy-paste every Friday. The 5 PM “did anyone send that yet?” question. Honest list, no judgment. This is a conversation, not a survey.

Pick

Choose the two or three workflows that are actually worth automating right now. Some work shouldn’t be automated — we’ll tell you which. We sort by payback (time saved × frequency) and risk (what happens if it breaks).

  • Honest ‘don’t automate this’ calls
  • Sequencing: cheapest, fastest payoff goes first

Build

With tools you already pay for. We don’t rip-and-replace your CRM, your accounting, or the spreadsheet your manager uses. We connect what’s there, fill the gaps with focused new pieces, and document every step.

  • Workflow built in n8n / Make / Zapier (whichever fits)
  • Documentation a non-engineer can actually read

Run

Thirty days live, with us watching. Real workflows meet real exceptions; we calibrate. You see exactly where it works and where the edges are — before we hand off.

  • Daily monitoring for the first 7 days
  • Weekly tune for the rest of the month
  • Edge-case log so you know what’s been seen

Tune

Monthly check-ins so the workflows don’t rot. Tools update. Teams shift. Businesses grow. Automation that doesn’t get tuned eventually breaks; this is the discipline that keeps it alive.
