Build your stack

Pick the pieces your business actually needs.

A site, your automations, a CRM — start with one and add the next when you're ready. Tick what fits to see a starting point. Nothing here is a quote; the real number gets set at your Workshop, once we map the work your office does by hand.

Stack configurator

Pick your layers

Each layer builds on the one before it. The reverse proxy and containers that tie everything together are included — not an extra line.

How do you want to work with us?

This is a starting point, not a quote. We price the real work after we map it together — and if a layer isn't worth building for your operation yet, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar.

Rather just talk? Book a 30-minute intro — no deck, just a conversation about your work pattern and whether we're a fit.

What's in each layer

Three layers we run on our own operation.

Site & form

from $3,500one-time build

A fast, owned website with a form that lands leads straight in your inbox. No page-builder subscription, no monthly platform fee — the code is yours.

What it covers:

  • A multi-page site built to load fast and read well on a phone
  • Form-to-inbox lead capture — no third-party form service
  • The files and the hosting recipe, handed to you documented

+ Automation

from $5,000builds on the site

The repetitive office work — intake, follow-ups, quotes, status updates, moving data between apps — wired to run itself, on the tools you already pay for.

What it covers:

  • Workflows mapped to your actual office routine
  • Built in your existing tools wherever possible
  • Documented step-by-step so a non-engineer can follow it

+ CRM / business ops

from $7,500builds on automation

Leads, jobs, and invoicing in one self-hosted system you own — replacing the spreadsheet pile, with your automations feeding it directly.

What it covers:

  • A lead / contact / job pipeline and invoicing setup
  • Your automation layer wired to feed it
  • No protected health data — these stacks aren't set up for PHI

Want it kept running after the build? That's Managed, from $2,500/mo — tuning, small new builds, and first-response when something breaks. The bigger, embedded engagements are set by interview.

FAQ

Questions about building a stack.

Why don't I get an instant quote?

Because an honest price needs a conversation. The numbers here are starting points — what a layer typically begins at. The real scope (and the real price) gets set at the Workshop, once we've mapped the actual work your office does by hand. A configurator that spits out a firm number it can't stand behind isn't doing you any favors.

Do I own what you build?

Yes — completely. The site, the workflows, the credentials, the documentation: all yours. We build on tools you already pay for and hand everything off documented so a non-engineer on your team can follow it. No rip-and-replace, no vendor lock-in. If you ever want to take it in-house, you can.

Can you build a store, online courses, an analytics dashboard, booking, or a newsletter?

Not yet — and we'll say so plainly rather than sell you something we haven't shipped. Today we build three layers we run on our own operation: a site, your automations, and a CRM. The others are on the roadmap; when we've built one for real, it'll show up here with a price. Until then it's an honest “not yet,” not a live offer.

What about an AI assistant that answers questions about my business?

It's possible, and it's something we're working through carefully — the responsible version is internal, read-only, on your own documents, and it never touches protected health information. It's not on this page yet because we won't list it until it's built right. Ask about it at the Workshop and we'll tell you exactly where it stands.

Will any layer handle patient or other protected health data?

No. None of the stacks we build are set up to store or process protected health information. If your operation has a healthcare-data need, that's a different conversation with different rules — we'll flag it at the intro call before any scoping, not after.

What does “starting from” actually mean?

It's the floor for a straightforward build of that layer — the point most engagements start above, not below. Stack more layers and the build grows; the connective plumbing (the reverse proxy and containers that tie it together) is included, not a line item. The Workshop is where we turn “starting from” into a real number for your actual work.

See it run before you decide.

Every month we walk the Method through a real example — often one we just shipped on our own operation. Come see whether this fits your office before you spend a dollar.
