Half-day shared session · 3–6 owners · a 1-hour 1:1 each

Hands-on. You bring one workflow you want to automate; you leave with it shipping (or with a clear reason to drop it and pick another). We work through Map → Pick → Build for everyone in the room.

What you get: the workflow itself, documented; the Method binder; access to the cohort Slack for 90 days.

1:1 with up to 4 people from your team. We Map your operation in session one, then come back in session two with the Pick decisions made and the first Build in motion. No generic curriculum — only your actual work.

Is the monthly class really free?

Yes — genuinely free, and there's no upsell at the door. It's the cheapest way for us to meet operators we'd like to work with.

Where and when is it?

The first Thursday of each month at 5:30 PM, at 700 22nd Street in downtown Bakersfield. It runs about 60 minutes.

Do I need to bring anything?

No. If you'd like, bring one example of work that eats your week and we'll workshop it on the spot.

Will I get pitched?

No pitch deck. We walk through the Method on a real example — usually one we just shipped on our own operation — and you leave with a clear sense of what's automatable and where to start.

Who is it for?

Bakersfield-area owner-operators and ops leads — packing houses, professional firms, trades shops, oil-service vendors — doing real volume. It's not a fit if you're after a magic button or guaranteed numbers.
