Why these five tiers and not a custom number?
Every engagement we've shipped slots into one of these five. The Group workshop is the cheapest way to get a roadmap; the Private workshop is the same scope 1:1; Kickstart is a build with handoff; the two Managed tiers are operate-and-extend. If you don't fit any of the five, that's useful signal — book the intro call and we'll talk about scope.
What if my budget falls between two snap points?
Pick the lower one and ask. The calculator rounds to the nearest publishable tier, but most engagements have a 10–20% scope flex. If you're at $3,000 per month and Concierge is $2,500, we'll usually right-size what fits the gap rather than bump you to the next tier. We'd rather build the right scope than oversell.
What isn't in this calculator?
Anything bespoke, anything that touches protected health data, anything that needs a custom contract. The calculator covers the publishable engagement shapes — about 80% of inbound. The rest is just a phone call. If your work is HIPAA-scoped, heavily regulated, or built on a stack we haven't installed before, that's an intro-call conversation.
My industry isn't on the “built for” list. Should I still reach out?
Yes — if your operation matches the pattern. We work with 10–50 person businesses doing $1M–$20M in revenue, where the back-office work is currently manual and recurring. The “built for” list is examples we've shipped, not a fence. The “not built for” list (high-frequency trading, regulated pharma, content farms) is harder to budge.
Why don't I see a price for Managed Strategic?
We don't quote $10,000+ per month engagements publicly until two completed case studies are on the site. We're at zero published case studies today. Revisit in Q3 2026 — until then, that conversation happens by interview, custom scope. The shape of the work is on the Hire Us page; the price isn't.
